WELCOME TO MEGUMI MAZESOBA

We are the first dedicated mazesoba restaurant in Toronto. A sibling dish to traditional Japanese ramen, mazesoba is known as broth-less ramen. We use only a dash of broth and combine it with various oils to create a flavourful and savory sauce. All orders come with a runny "onsen" egg, except our vegan options, to thicken the sauce and coat the noodles. When you order, you'll first choose your main protein. We offer a large variety to select from, ranging from traditional options such as pork chashu or unagi, to modern fusion ingredients including steak, sautéed shrimp, and much more! Next, you'll choose your style of noodle. We offer ramen (a thinner type of chewy noodle traditionally used) and udon (a thicker, softer type of noodle that also makes the dish slightly soupier). For those looking for a gluten-free meal, we also offer rice-based noodles. Finally, you'll choose your level of spice. We use freshly chopped chili in our sauce, which elevates the umami and flavors. For those who love spice and can handle their chili, we recommend our "Signature Spicy" level - but please pick carefully as it packs a strong kick! Near the end of your bowl, once your noodles are finished and if you still have room, we offer a complimentary scoop of rice to finish the remaining sauce and toppings.

Food Allergy and Dietary Notice: If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please let us know before you place your order. Our mazesoba uses a level of sodium consistent with Japanese tastes, however, if you would like to lower the salt level, please let us know while ordering. Our food contains no added MSG.
